  1. Closing date for submission of entries is on the 31 December 2008 at 5pm.
  2. Only entries submitted online at www.thecoffeeconnoisseur will be accepted.
  3. Per participant are allowed to submit a maximum of 05 (Five) entries only.
  4. Only original entries submitted will be qualified. Repeated entries will not be accepted for submission.
  5. Proof of submission shall not be deemed as proof of receipt by Sarika Connoisseur Café Pte Ltd.
  6. Each participant can only register once with their NRIC, FIN or Passport Number. In the event of duplicated participants in the registration, only the first registration details will be deemed eligible and accepted.
  7. Sarika Connoisseur Café Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any registration and/or entries submitted at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
  8. This contest is open to all except employees and family members of Sarika Connoisseur Café Pte Ltd and/or its affiliated companies, including external agencies and/or parties associated with the contest.
  9. Ten (10) entries will be selected to go into the ‘My Favourite tcc’ campaign, which runs from 2 February 2009 to 30 April 2009, where patrons of tcc will be invited to cast their votes for their favourite entries.
  10. The final entry with the highest number of votes determined after the ‘My Favourite tcc’ campaign ends on 30 April 2009 will be declared on 21 May as the Winner of the Top Prize of $8,888 cash.
  11. Winners will be notified in writing by post and/or email.
  12. Identification of winners will be based on the NRIC/FIN/Passport Number and/or contact number(s) provided.
  13. All participants in this contest expressly and irrevocably authorize and consent to Sarika Connoisseur Café Pte Ltd disclosing information regarding their particulars to the parties involved in the organizing, promotion and conduct of the contest.
  14. Sarika Connoisseur Café Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace any qualifier(s) and/or winner(s) subsequently found to be disqualified.
  15. All prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. Only the prize winner, and not any other person or agent, may claim the prize. Prize winner will need to present proof of identification to collect the prize.
  16. Sarika Connoisseur Café Pte Ltd reserves the right to withdraw and/or amend the terms and conditions of this contest at any point in time at its discretion, and its decision on all matters relating to this contest are final.
